When we became aware (on Dec. 17!!) that the person who usually sends out the holiday cards hadn't done so, we hustled to round up what we had left from the two-year supply of cards we had ordered two years ago (hoping we had enough to get through this year). As luck would have it, we didn't! So I placed a call to Cards Direct - hoping against hope that they would have a record of our previous order. I placed my call sometime during the afternoon of the 17th. Misty (customer service person) was able to pull up our previous order, get the cards printed that very evening, FedEx'd out to us, and we received the cards in Minnesota on Monday, Dec. 21st!! I've never been so impressed by anyone or anything in my life with the service Cards Direct and Misty provided. EASY, FAST, DONE! Cards went out on Dec. 22 (too late, but at least they went out).
