Every year for the past 10 years I have physically loaded actual photos into photo Holiday cards. What a pain! For basically the same price, this year I was able to order beautiful pre-printed photo cards, & two days later, all I had to do was open my front door, pick them up, & start addressing! I have been using this product for years for annual holiday cards. I'm serious about my photography, so I'm far more discriminating than the typical snap shooter when it comes to everything about the card. I like that I can customize everything about the text -- the content, the part of the card where it is displayed, whether it is displayed on the envelope, the font size and the color. I can even use multiple font sizes and colors. I am always very pleased with the appearance of the image on the card. One helpful tip I can pass along for those who are using relatively advanced photo post-processing techniques to add imagery to the photo: It's best not to add strong horizontal or vertical lines that are close to the edge of the frame. That's because the printing technology being used understandably makes it impossible at the relatively inexpensive price to print those lines so they are exactly positioned. As an example, strong lines on all four sides of the frame may not be exactly centered and that may be especially noticeable if those lines are close to the edges of the frame. The attached photo was used on my holiday card in 2013 and was printed on the borderless full color photo card. I will continue using this format from cardsdirect.com every year. Indeed, writing this review reminds me that I have not yet made a photo for use on this year's holiday card. I need to get cracking!
