My order was delayed along the delivery route somewhere. Leah and her team contacted me immediately. This company ordered a reprint of our business holiday cards and sent them to me overnight. I am a repeat business customer. I used to make my own Christmas cards to send out to customers and vendors. A few years ago, I wanted to save time and found Cardsdirect.com. Their selection is great. The website allows you to customize all sides of the card and also choose envelope quality and return address. I will be back again next holiday season.
The tool to create your cards is simple and easy to use. You get an amazing real life view of what your cards will look like once they are created. Unfortunately, CardsDirect had a little trouble meeting their quoted timeline due to volume...and my order was several days later than I was told. However, they did upgrade my shipping at no cost to me to compensate for the inconvenience! The cards were high quality, sturdy and our logo looked amazing on it. The pre-printed envelopes were well worth the extra printing cost as well. The product was overall amazing and I have very little to complain about! We will be using CardsDirect in the future, while being sure to give ourselves a little more cushion in the timeframe.
This was not a very high quality card. If I'd known how thin the card stock was going to be, I would have upgraded for the extra cost. Also, the photo is deceiving. I was expecting actual sparkle on the glittery looking parts. It's flat print and looks very cheap. I was, however, very satisfied with the speed of production and shipping.
