We wanted to make our own card this year, reflecting what happened in our lives and put together a card we loved. They had a photo issue and reached out to us, we sent better quality photos and recived our cards within the week. They are exactly what we had hoped! Love this vendors quality
This was the first time creating our own card. I had trouble when I ordered samples of paper. I ended up with all the same and then I could not order more since I had received 3, but lucky enough the Office Manager like the matte finish. I had great help over the "live" chat and loved the direct contact after the order was placed and you were waiting for approval of the proof. That really eased my mind, because then it was not just an online order where you are not sure what you are going to get. Lee Deane was very nice.
I've used CardsDirect 2 years previously, so I knew it was an overall good experience. This time though, there was a glitch in the art approval process - link wouldn't work, and web address wouldn't work. Spoke with 4-5 different reps over 2-3 days to get to the final approval option - Customer Service was phenomenal. No one ever acted like I was annoying, and someone even went so far as to say that this was important for them to figure out to improve upon in the future. If it hadn't' been for the great customer service, I would have ditched this process, and gone elsewhere. So please make sure your art approval process is free of glitches, and keep rocking the awesome customer service training and support you have!!

We designed our own Thanksgiving card that our Ukrainian Shumka Dancers will send to our donors to thank them for their support. The photo is of a group of our dancers and we were able to determine our own customized message inside. The card is beautifully sized to allow for a significant hand-written message and yet does not exceed the size to require additional postage. The envelope is lovely with a red lining and peel-off sticker to close it. The cards were shipped in a short time space and came in a solid box to ensure that none of the cards were damaged. It was our first time using this company, but we will likely use them again. The product and the pricing are excellent. Thank you!
This was my first time ordering with CardsDirect and I liked the quality of the finished product but was disappointing to see their logo on the back of the card. This is something you use when things are free not paid for. Another thing is they should let you know what size your own photo should be prior to creating one. I resized my photo a couple of times before I got it to work.
