I am a first time client of cardsdirect. I received the wrong order originally, but with an easy call to customer service, I was resent my order quickly!
misspelled parts of the card

Ordering the card was very easy, I've even got helped through the online chat! The cards were delivered even sooner than expected. I'm very happy overall with the service, and I love the cards!! Thank you cardsdirect!
Had a spelling error on the card and had asked them to review it. They missed the error that I made as well and had already sent them out. I called and asked what could be done and without hesitation they sent me a new pack as they had also missed it. Great company, cards came out slightly better than expected so happy with them.
