The front and back of my custom designed card was also printed on the inside left and right of my card instead of the submitted design with different pictures on the inside left and right. Besides it being obviously wrong, doesn't anyone even check the print job against the submission?? Now we have to get them reprinted and reshipped. My cards will never make it to the recipients in time for Christmas. So very disappointed in Cards Direct! And this is after my first order placed in November never showed up and the cards had to be reprinted. This is strike two on the same order.

I have used Cards Direct for many years. The cards have always been excellent! This year, for the very first time, two cards were damaged at the lower edge, as if they were caught in a machine, I had ordered extra so this was not an issue, I do hope, however, that this does not predict a future reduction in the high quality I have come to expect from Cards Direct.
Cards Direct said it was not their problem but UPS's. I ordered and paid Cards Direct. Guess I need to go with Shutterfly next time.

We were delighted to receive our Cards Direct order of Christmas Cards. It was our first time with this company and the first time making a custom card, so we were pretty nervous when ordering. However, when the cards arrived we were delighted with them! They were beautiful and nicely printed. The quality of the materials and workmanship was fantastic! So why only four stars? It's because the weight of the envelope and the weight of the paper made the item so heavy that it exceeded the 2.0 ounce limit for a first-class letter and the Post Office rejected many of our cards and required extra postage on them. Lots of extra postage. So beware. Otherwise, it was a great job!
This is the fifth year that I have ordered our Christmas Cards from Cards Direct. Every card has been a custom photo card, and this year's was the most difficult because it matched none of their formats (I wanted a picture on the front with a black frame around it). We started on another site that was recommended to my wife because it had a "similar" card, which equaled a nightmare ("Of course, we can't do something so custom for you"). So having satisfied my wife, I went back to Cards Direct, filled out all of the information on its website, downloaded the photo, and entered, in the comments at close out, that I wanted a black border like a picture frame around the photo. The next day I had a proof that was terrific. The designer understood exactly what I wanted, and everything was smooth and professional. Couldn't be happier, and, next year, I won't try any alternatives! Are you listening, dear?
